Office Coordinator - #724112

We are looking for an Office Coordinator with a phenomenal service mentality to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. You will be located and working at the London office, and report directly to the Facility Manager for North Europe who is located in Stockholm.

The GWS team crafts spaces and provides services that bring Spotify’s culture and values to life. From crafting thoughtful spaces for our employees to thrive, to delivering innovative services that make Spotify a phenomenal place to work. GWS covers all aspects and the full life cycle of our buildings and consists of Real Estate, Design & Build, Facility Management, GWS Enablement & Community, Workplace IT, Business Protection, GWS Performance & PMO and Travel.

The scope of this role is focused around providing a phenomenal workplace experience by working together with the local FM team, local partners, and vendors.

What you'll do:

• Ensure Spotifiers receive excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and answering support tickets and assisting collaborators with needs related to the office.
• Perform regular walk throughs to make sure space is in order.
• Anticipate office needs and proactively address them.
• Call out and handle maintenance issues.
• Work with our vendors to make sure the scope of work is being maintained and service levels are met.
• Provide event support and planning.
• Supply and improve the workplace experience for our employees.
• Take part in internal projects that improve our offerings and ways of working globally as well as locally.
• Contribute to our forecasting procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise office moves, reconfigurations and expansions when needed.
• Partner closely with our IT/AV teams and suppliers to ensure office IT/AV equipment is kept in working order and maintained regularly.

• You have previous experience in office operations or the hospitality industry.

• Experience with Google Suite, JIRA and Coupa is a plus.
