Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.

 



    As our next Reception Supervisor, you…

    Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.

    Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach.

    Help guests and create positive experiences.

    Are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests including those who require special attention.

    Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.

    To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

    By joining us as a Reception Supervisor, you will become part of a friendly team of 150 talents. Our hotel offers 630 spacious rooms and 33 dedicated conference, meeting and events spaces suitable for 1 to 2,000 people, no other venue in London is as well equipped or as flexible.



    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus)
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong team player.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
    • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
    • Prior experience working with Opera.
    • Able of initiating contacts and establishes rapport easily.
    • Capable of organizing time and work efficiently.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
