Based: Glasgow HQ, with occasional travel to regional offices (St Albans and Altrincham)

Salary: Up to £35k (dependant on experience)

Flexible working: There may be flexibility in working hours following successful completion of probation period and business needs.

About The Role

We are looking to grow our existing HR team to support our ambitious growth plans of the business. At Prime Secure our people are central to our success and therefore as a member of our People & Culture Department you’ll be critical to our ongoing success and ensuring our people are able to thrive.

You will deliver guidance, support and advice in relation to the full employee life cycle to create an employee experience which is aligned to our people and culture strategy, our core values and our strategic goals.   • Excellent employment law knowledge with experience of TUPE

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the business on people and culture activities related to performance, talent and reward. You will also guide and coach people managers in the effective management of their people, including performance concerns, absence and investigation and disciplinary cases.

Membership of a relevant professional body i.e. CIPD (or a willingness to achieve) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

As HR Adviser, you’re ultimately accountable for supporting the People and Culture strategy which will drive us towards our strategic vision of achieving £50m turnover per annum by the year 2030.

As such, we see the key responsibilities of the role as being:

  • Supporting the delivery of our People & Culture strategy
  • Responsibility for successful implementation of our people policies and processes, employee engagement and performance
  • Ensure our people processes keep pace with our growth to ensure legal compliance and best practice
  • Providing guidance and support on key people issues
  • Realising opportunities to grow and develop employees
  • Responding to employee queries providing guidance and advice
  • Support the business to attract, retain and develop key talent
  • Preparation, monitoring and reporting of HR KPI’s
  • Delivering HR activity including performance management, talent management, succession planning, pay and bonus, absence monitoring and employee engagement initiatives.

TEAM REPORTING & STRUCTURE

Reporting to the People & Culture Director with opportunity develop internally as the company grows. The current team of six staff provides support to approximately 200 employees across the business.
