We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for our Cost Management team in Bristol to deliver the best outcomes for our clients across the region.

Our teams’ drive for exceptional performance is helping make the difference in some of the largest and most prestigious schemes in the region and using the digital tools we’ve invested in we’re transforming the way we deliver our services to benefit our staff and clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will be responsible for delivering the best outcomes for our clients, playing an active role in delivering projects in one of the largest Cost Management teams in our UK business along with helping to win new work to achieve the ambitious vision for growth we’ve set ourselves. The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will work closely with our cost centre lead Director and the other service streams in the office to help achieve this.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working for clients across multiple sectors preferably including Health, Developer and Higher Education and is passionate about delivering an excellent service. There is opportunity to progress your career based on your contribution to the team success and this would be a key focus of discussions with you to continue your personal growth.



  • Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Inquisitive and problem solving skill base
  • NEC contract knowledge and experience, particularly Option C
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi disciplined programme team environment
