Job Description

We are currently working with an exciting, fast paced Renewable-Energy client who is looking for a Programme Manager to drive, lead and deliver business and tech-driven change across the enterprise.

Role: Programme Manager

Salary: £70k-£80k base + Benefits

Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid role: 2 days a week in office)

This technology leading business has achieved high growth over the last few years and is looking to continue on this growth trajectory going forwards. They are looking for a strong leader to act as the link between the business, the change/technical teams and their 3rd party suppliers to drive enterprise wide transformational change across people, process and tech.

This role will not only provide you with a great opportunity to work directly with a highly experienced senior change leader and be a part of a high performing team, who also like to have some fun, but also to be a key player in a business looking to shape a better future for society.

Key Requirements

  • Experience delivering a variety of large/complex end-to-end programmes as a Programme Manager
  • Demonstrable experience having led a breadth of business, operating model, org design and technical change across the business
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex programmes and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including Directors, Technical Teams and 3rd party suppliers
  • Formal Project/Programme Management qualification
  • Be able to hit the ground running, a self-starter and someone who can cope with a certain level of ambiguity

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end programme delivery across people, process and tech
  • Shape and drive a best practice framework to deliver change going forwards, working with your team to improve transformation delivery maturity and ensure adherence to best practice
  • Responsible for stakeholder management across the business; as a highly matrixed organisation it is essential the role holder can build relationships across functions in a collaborative manner both quickly and effectively
  • Work with key business and technical stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers, to ensure all projects are governed to a consistent standard
