We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our busy team in our Norwich office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client transactions, managing clients’ accounts, and providing essential administrative support to a high net worth client bank and supporting one of our leading financial planners. The role involves liaising with clients and providers, preparation of reports, assisting with maintaining the company’s database and ensuring that regulatory compliance requirements are met.

What are the key skills/experience you will need?


A minimum of 3 years experience in a financial services administrative role is essential

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, as dealing with clients and stakeholders will be a critical part of the job

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word and Intelligent Office

Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent professional qualifications would be desirable but not essential

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

An ability to work accurately and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
