Contract type: Full time
Fratello Recruitment LTD was founded in 2021, We’re the first to admit, we’re newbies in the industry, but that doesn’t mean we don’t know our stuff, Fratello has been 2 years in the making, and during that time you wouldn’t believe how many podcasts we have listened to, how many books have been read and how many online courses have been completed, Add that to past recruitment experience – This should put us in good stead going alone for the first time,

Our main core objective is supplying the very best candidates across the UK – Obviously!

We offer a tailored recruitment solution focused on the permanent market, (specialising mainly in early years management), we also have a wealth of knowledge in various other sectors meaning the opportunities to provide for our clients are endless,

Our aim is to move away from the traditional boring cold calling relationship and become your true recruitment partner, We look not only to build long lasting partnerships with our clients, but aim to be an extension of their internal team that they can genuinely trust and rely upon when needed.

Have a good look around, and don’t forget to get in touch for all your recruitment needs,

Fratello – (Meaning) – Noun. fratello (plural fratelli) brother, sibling (member of a religious community or church)

Despite being polar opposites on paper, plus each others hatred for the other ones football team, we seem to get on … some would say like brothers!
