Paul Mitchell Associates are working in partnership with a superb long-term client of ours to assist them recruit a HR Advisor or HR Assistant.
Working with the HR Manager we're looking for a candidate with 2+ years' experience at this level to drop in and become the firms new HR recruit. The role is ongoing and a great opportunity for someone to get stuck into a new assignment.
We're either looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant who in time is looking for progression
OR an experienced HR Advisor for this generalist HR role
- Location: Leicester
- Salary £25,000-£33,000
- Hours 8.30-5.00pm Mon-Fri (3.15pm finish on Fridays)
- Office based

- Updating internal databases
- Managing HR documents
- Maintaining personnel records
- Dealing with Employee Sickness and Holiday records
- Answering queries via telephone/email
- Advising staff in relation to HR matters
- Hands on support to the HR Manager
- Other HR related administrative tasks
- Location: Leicester
- Salary £25,000-£33,000
- Hours 8.30-5.00pm Mon-Fri (3.15pm finish on Fridays)
