Salary: £27,063 per annum, pro rata £19,330 pa

Overview

Ensure the smooth running of Restore’s external training operations, through effective and efficient administration of bookings, enquiries and the processing of clients and learners. Play a leading role in reaching new clients and introducing Restore’s propositions across training and other areas of the business.

A typical day will consist of communicating with training clients and participants, supporting the Instructors with managing pre and post-course admin tasks, making updates to online training courses as requested by the Training Development Team Lead, and other admin tasks.

We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate their ability to meet the following criteria:

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required for responding to client enquiries, supporting trainers, and marketing communications.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Necessary for managing bookings, maintaining accurate paperwork, and coordinating training logistics.
  • Competent in using IT systems. To manage online training materials, booking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key to balancing solo administrative tasks with collaboration across the organisation.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a training, education or event planning environment. Helpful for understanding the logistics, dynamics, and needs of training delivery.
  • Experience in client-facing or customer service roles. Important for maintaining a professional and positive experience for training participants and partners.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce reports. Supports accurate monitoring and reporting, for funding and evaluation.
  • Understanding of or interest in mental health and well-being. To align with and support Restore’s mission and to enhance client interaction and training engagement.
