Are you an experienced surveyor with a passion for improving homes and communities? We’re looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to support our ambitious investment and asset management strategies through high-quality surveying and data capture.


What you’ll be doing:


  • You’ll be responsible for conducting a range of technical property surveys to inform our strategic asset decisions. You will:
  • Carry out stock condition, energy performance, asbestos re-inspection, and HHSRS surveys
  • Analyse data to support investment planning and compliance
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Validate survey data to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality assurance
  • Provide technical advice to stakeholders and support continuous improvement in our surveying processes


What we’re looking for:


  • A relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Experience in asset-related surveys including energy and stock condition surveys
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS
  • Excellent communication, IT, and stakeholder management skills
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
  • Experience with electronic data capture and an understanding of value for money in service delivery will be advantageous.


Interview Process:


  • Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
