As part of our growing workload portfolio, Archer are currently looking for a Senior Structural Designer to support with ongoing and future projects.
As Senior Structural Designer for Engineering UK, you will be working in a growing team of highly competent designers and engineers. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions, production and checking of design deliverables, input to planning and progress reporting and producing detail design estimates and tendering. The ability to work in a team environment and be willing to bring enthusiasm is essential. Our future team member should be self-driven, pro-active, enthusiastic team player and have a wide experience in offshore engineering preferably specific to drilling.

Essential
- AutoCAD 2D experienced
- AutoCAD 3D modelling experience, including use of cloudscan data.
- Structural brownfield experience of offshore installations
- Awareness of applicable structural and offshore codes & standards
- HNC/HND engineering
- Knowledge and experience of offshore drilling facilities
- Offshore survey experience and valid certificates
