We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our busy Real Estate Commercial team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career with a well-respected firm, working alongside experienced partners and fee earners on a diverse range of Real Estate matters
About the Role As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team by:
Take telephone calls for the fee earners, dealing constructively with the client and progressing queries where possible Providing high-quality support to fee-earners, including drafting and processing documents Ensure files are kept up-to-date at all times in accordance with our file management policies
Organising and arranging for transfer of funds in/out
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential).
  • An LPC, Law degree, MILEX qualification, or equivalent (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and legal software).
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
