We are seeking an ENT Consultant to assist with a Personal Injury claim by preparing a medico-legal report under the MedCo framework.

ENT Surgeon – Personal Injury Medico-Legal Report
Location: Birmingham
Submission Deadline: Within 4 Days
Fee: MedCo Fixed Rate £250

Case Overview:

Our client is pursuing a personal injury claim and has presented with blocked ears following the incident.

An ENT assessment has been recommended to evaluate the cause, extent, and prognosis of the symptoms

Expert Requirements:

• Conduct a face-to-face assessment (unless deemed clinically unnecessary).

• Provide a written CPR Part 35-compliant report adhering to AMRO Protocol C, including:

  • Statement of truth

  • Duty to the court

  • Summary of instructions

• Review of medical records only if provided

Terms:

• Fixed MedCo Rate applies (typically £220–£250).

• Payment within 3 months of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
