Salesforce Technical Lead

Synapri are currently working with a fast-growing fintech company that's transforming the way people engage with financial services who are currently expanding their development team with a new Salesforce Technical Lead.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands on but would like to move into more of a leadership position picking up line management responsibilities and gaining more business facing experience. You'll be working closely with the engineering team to create streamline Salesforce Solutions which will have a great impact on the company.

Salary: up to £90,000
Location: Hybrid (London 2- 3x per week)

Requirements:

• Applicants must have 5+ years hands on experience working with APEX and LWC
• A proven track record of mentoring/leading junior Developers or team members
Experience with API integrations

Desirable:

• Platform Developer I and II certifications
• Background working within finance or fintech
Experience working with nCino
