We are a collection of unique, characterful pubs, bars and restaurants in London and the South-East.


Reporting to the marketing manager your role will be to drive sales within venue and through digital (voucher sales) by supporting the Marketing Manager in delivery of compelling marketing campaigns at a central and site level.


You will:

  • Support the sales team in promotion of pre-booked sales, using digital and in venue marketing.
  • Have a good understanding of social media platforms and ability to create compelling content to build excitement around the brand experience, driving site visits and pre-booked sales.
  • Staying on top of social and marketing trends and reporting back to the team where relevant.
  • The Marketing Executive will take ownership of centrally-driven TikTok accounts, with the intention of growing these and using to promote visibility of venues, slongside supporting the Marketing manager with the smooth running of Instagram accounts across all venues.


Your responsibilities:

  • Launching Tik Tok activity.
  • Creating content for all social media channels.
  • Improving and maintaining website content.
  • Creating site specific marketing emails
  • Supporting capex relaunches with intensive digital marketing campaigns.
  • On site merchandising.

  • Communication skills: To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time management and oganisational skills: To manage multiple deadlines,prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Writing and editing skills: To create compelling and engaging commercially-driven content.
  • Creativity: To develop innovative, operationally sound marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical skills: To analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, such as Airship, Klaviyo or MailChimp desirable.
  • Interpersonal skills: To build and maintain relationships with teams and suppliers.


Please note flexible working hours are required: some evenings and weekends are needed for the purpose of content creation and attendance of events.
