IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING;

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Overall day to day responsibility for the Key Accounts enquiry team (approx. 6-8 direct reports), ensuring achievement of conversion and revenue targets for edyns largest corporate and agency clients
  • Lead, manage and motivate the team to ensure performance of individuals within the team is monitored and continuously improved
  • Meet and exceed own personal revenue targets through conversion of high value enquiries from VIP accounts
  • Oversee management of the email queues, ensuring the team is organised and staffed are accordingly
  • Encourage the team to be consultative and seek to provide solutions to client enquiries and booking requests by providing a personalised and expert service to all clients
  • Attend key client quarterly reviews and fam trips to build strong client relationships where required
  • Coach and train the team to ensure output is of a high standard, including regular monitoring and spot-checking calls and emails
  • Develop great product knowledge and proactively share this with the team through training, SOPs & day to day support - become a ‘go to’ person who either knows the answer or where to find it
  • Create strong relationships and build meaningful connections to work with key stakeholders in Sales, Revenue and Operations on day to day business as usual, as well as projects and initiatives & identify opportunities for success

People Management

  • Provide clarity, direction and set the pace for change, growth, and achievement
  • Proactively drive a strong community spirit across teams - seeking opportunities for team working and cross functional networking
  • Ensure that all Team members have performance targets, PDPs, regular 121s and performance discussions
  • Create and review weekly performance and KPI reports for your team and proactively communicate to internal stakeholders any variances to targets and next step actions
  • Actively manage attendance, holidays, sickness and any other absence through accurate record keeping and the following of all company procedures
  • Take proactive steps as required relating to any performance or disciplinary issues by resolving day to day issues and escalating other problems with suggested solutions to your Manager
  • Assist with recruitment and development of high calibre individuals who are curious and who have the potential to live our values
  • Support the implementation of induction and plan and oversee any buddying support
  • Host a regular (minimum weekly) huddle/ briefing with the team to motivate them and communicate any KPIs and initiatives
