How you'll make an impact

As Head of Finance - UK, you'll report directly to the UK CEO, with a dotted line to the international Group CFO. You'll lead a growing finance function, shape financial strategy, and partner with key leaders to deliver commercial success.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning for the UK division.
• Work alongside the UK CEO to design and execute commercial strategies.
• Take ownership of the month-end processes and the delivery of management reports.
• Lead and nurture a skilled finance team to ensure peak performance.
• Handle all aspects of UK statutory and tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax obligations.
• Champion continuous enhancements in financial procedures and controls.
• Manage the year-end closing process and liaise with international group finance for reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and compile statutory accounts.
• Ensure all financial reporting aligns with UK GAAP standards and group accounting policies.
• Collaborate closely with the international finance team to support global projects.
• Be an active and influential member of the UK leadership team.

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification).
• Over 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven expertise in leading and developing finance teams.
• Experience in dynamic industries such as tech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
• Possesses strong commercial insight - not just focused on numbers but also adept at crafting the bigger picture.
• Proactive, flexible, and skilled at working across various functions and international borders.
• Having experience with international or multi-entity environments is an added advantage.
