IQVIA Language Solutions is seeking a strategic and highly organized Onboarding and Project Support Manager to lead and execute internal onboarding and early-stage project enablement across the organization. With over 20 internal teams in our onboarding pipeline, this role is critical to ensuring operational readiness, adoption of Language Solutions services, and long-term engagement with IQVIA stakeholders.
The Manager will own the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of onboarding frameworks, working across departments such as Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, and RWS. This role will also provide hands-on project ramp-up support and serve as a central point of contact for operational alignment and onboarding excellence.

Key responsibilities:
- Support with the coordination and management of all ongoing Solutions initiatives, maintaining CRM and process tracking and following up on delegated actions
- Project manage onboarding workflows, including stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and reporting
- Act as a liaison between Language Solutions and internal functions, translating operational requirements into actionable onboarding
- Provide hands-on support during early project phases to ensure successful kickoff and delivery readiness
- Oversee Solutions inbox, ensuring items are directed to the correct stakeholders with appropriate follow up
- Support in the creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Workflows and ensure proper maintenance of these by Solutions SMEs, identifying gaps and potential process improvements across all solutions
- Ensure information and documentation are available when required by various stakeholders, including supporting in the creation and management of solution specific PowerPoint decks
- Support Head of Solutions and Solutions Lead in ad hoc initiatives relating to Solutions management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Project Management in the Language Services industry, with minimum of 2 years’ additional experience working within Operations Management.
- Operations specialist in at least 2 of the following areas: Clinical, Regulatory, Market Research, Marketing, Interpreting, and Multimedia projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to create and manage detailed SOPs, processes, and workflows
- Advanced knowledge of TMS and CAT tools, experience working with XTRF and/or memoQ or other similar systems is mandatory
- Strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a linguistic, business, or scientific field
- Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be advantageous
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent diligence to ensure that high quality standards are upheld
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and to manage competing priorities and changing demands.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently whilst using own initiative
- Demonstration of advanced IT skills
- Experience working with a variety of industry specific software, platforms, and technology
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
