What you will be doing
- Deliver end-to-end programmes and strategic projects across IT, infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Adapt across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies as Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Scrum Master
- Mentor and support junior project managers and contribute to PMO excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and business value delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track performance metrics, and champion best practices
- Promote Agile adoption, knowledge sharing, and culture change across the wider organisation
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and help embed lessons learned into future delivery
- University degree or equivalent
- Professional certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum)
- Proven leadership delivering large and complex projects in IT or business change environments
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery teams
- A track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholder groups
- Expert in project delivery tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Teams
- Budget forecasting, financial tracking, and cost control
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to lead teams with empathy, resolve conflict, and inspire performance
- Change management awareness and ability to navigate organisational dynamics
