We are looking for a highly analytical PMO Manager – Performance & Analytics to join our Group IT team. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making through the development and delivery of performance insights across our project, programme, and portfolio landscape.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead the tracking and reporting of portfolio performance, helping ensure our IT and business strategies are executed with maximum effectiveness. From defining KPIs and OKRs to creating executive dashboards, you'll bring clarity and direction to complex programme environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust performance analytics and insights to inform senior management decisions
  • Analyse portfolio-wide metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and advanced reporting frameworks
  • Lead financial analysis and benefits realisation assessments
  • Support mitigation planning and contingency strategies for high-priority initiatives
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor project health, alignment, and value delivery

You will ideally have

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Agile)
  • Proven experience in a PMO or project delivery analytics role
  • Demonstrated success managing reporting and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
  • Expertise in Power BI, Excel, and project portfolio tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow)
  • Proven ability to build compelling, insight-driven dashboards and reports
  • Advanced data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to distil complex data into meaningful recommendations
