RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Incident Advisor to join our DAFaid Control Centre on a Permanent basis, based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.
As an Incident Advisor you will play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered.
Salary is £15,873.00 per year
Shifts: 3pm-8pm - totalling 25 Hours per week

- Demonstrating initiative, by managing workload effectively and in a timely manner.
- Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none
