We are seeking a dynamic Internal Stock Analyst to take ownership of inventory management and reporting processes, ensuring seamless stock tracking and accuracy across the business. In this role, you will optimize perpetual inventory programs, design systems to monitor untracked stock movements, and provide insightful yield and variance analyses. You will lead the development of leakage reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions to maintain stock integrity. Collaborating across departments, you’ll support auditors and deliver actionable insights. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll drive process enhancements, reduce wastage, and produce regular reports to empower data-driven decision-making. This role will occasionally require travel either to our UK sites or European partner sites. As part of a hybrid team, you will collaborate in the office from Monday to Wednesday, working closely to drive key insights and improvements. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who take initiative, confidently propose solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a new department and driving performance against ambitious KPIs.

Inventory Management
- Maintain and improve the perpetual inventory program.
- Design and embed processes to track previously unmonitored stock movements.
- Ensure accurate reporting of stock levels across the business to meet company metrics.
- Conduct yield analysis, monitor output levels, and identify variance causes.
- Develop and produce stock leakage reports and calculations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide regular stock performance insights to the wider business.
- Liaise with auditors to share stock volume and costing data and address queries.
- Drive and execute a continuous improvement program for stock processes and reporting.
- Monitor and optimise batch records, wastage, and distillate concentrations.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support decision-making.
- Interface directly with our client LP program, supporting with accurate data and on site visits where necessary.
- Experience: Proven management experience in inventory roles, with a strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), stock compliance regulations, and warehouse processes.
- Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to identify and address inventory challenges.
- IT Skills: Advanced Excel and data analysis tools experience essential; knowledge of Vector IFE and oWMS beneficial.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Organisation: Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning: Strong planning and analytical skills to develop and optimise inventory models.
