About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a bright, ambitious, and multi-talented Events & Experience Assistant to help us create unforgettable moments for our incredible Tropic Ambassadors. From arena-scale extravaganzas and training roadshows to luxury travel incentives and HQ happenings, you’ll be right at the heart of it all.
You'll support the full event journey — sourcing venues, managing ticketing systems, packing gifts, capturing content and ensuring every little detail runs like clockwork. No two days are the same and you’ll be learning loads, fast!
Key Responsibilities
This role would suit someone early in their events career, with around 1–2 years of experience, who’s bursting with energy, solutions, and ideas. Ideally you are:

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting planning for events including Tropic Fest, roadshows, gala dinners and travel incentives
- Coordinating venues, suppliers, catering, travel, gifts and props
- Managing logistics, timelines, seating plans, RSVPs and Asana task tracking
- Packing recognition gifts, prepping resources, and keeping our event ops running smoothly
- Being on the ground for prep days and event delivery
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content for TikTok, Reels and event socials
- Assisting with Ambassador comms and inbox support pre/post event
- Keeping budgets, spreadsheets, and event records organised and accurate
- Supporting with content, signage and promotional event assets through creative briefing
- Helping improve our event processes with new tools, tech and ideas
This role would suit someone early in their events career, with around 1–2 years of experience, who’s bursting with energy, solutions, and ideas. Ideally you are:
- Organised, detail-obsessed and spreadsheet savvy
- Creative, enthusiastic, and ready to learn and grow
- Calm under pressure and great at juggling tasks
- Confident with tech, social content creation and project management tools like Asana
- A team player who’s hands-on, proactive and loves a good plan
- Excited by creating WOW moments that people remember
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent — Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Where we're located: Tropic HQ is a short stroll from Beddington Lane Tram Stop, with easy links to East Croydon and Wimbledon
- Hybrid working: We offer flexible working with a minimum of 3 days a week office-based and up to 5 days in the office or onsite during peak event periods
- Flexibility to attend events UK-wide (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Time in Lieu will be provided for any weekend work completed
