About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives by driving operational excellence, coordinating board meetings, and overseeing high-impact projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s growth and efficiency.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives by driving operational excellence, coordinating board meetings, and overseeing high-impact projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s growth and efficiency.
What you will do:
Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for optimization; work with departments to implement improvements.
- Oversee and manage strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed.
- Develop and manage project plans, monitor progress, and adjust resources and timelines as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Support on the preparation of board meeting materials for board and executive leadership meetings.
- Gather and organize reports, presentations, and briefing documents for board members.
- Serve as the primary liaison between teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration on shared initiatives.
- Support project management efforts, ensuring key projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Leadership experience delivering complex project with senior stakeholders (e.g. as Engagement Manager of a strategy consulting firm)
- Strong project management skills in complex scenarios, including experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong presenter, both in person and virtually
