Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
- Promote and sell a wide range of quality used vehicles
- Offer finance and insurance products tailored to customer requirements
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Handle sales enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all documentation is completed in line with FCA guidelines and company policy
- Deliver outstanding service to create loyal customers and repeat business
- Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry - Minimum 12 months’ experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Willing to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in return)
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
