Pricing Manager

We're hiring: Pricing Manager | Chester (Hybrid) | £32K

We’re on the lookout for a Pricing Manager to lead a team of specialists, shape pricing strategy, and help thousands of property owners across the UK maximise revenue. If you're a commercially-minded leader with a head for numbers and a heart for people, this could be your next big move. Hybrid working available after probation (HQ in Chester).

What you’ll do:

Lead, coach & inspire a high-performing team of 9 Pricing Specialists

Develop smart pricing strategies to optimise income for our owners & the business

Own performance across key KPIs and deliver actionable data insights

Collaborate across Revenue Management, Account Management & Property Onboarding

Shape strategy for our Multi-Unit Site (MUS) pricing model

Support high-value owner accounts and join premium account meetings

Deliver internal training, foster alignment, and drive service consistency

Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects to boost portfolio growth

What you bring:

Proven leadership & team management experience

Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data

Background in pricing, revenue management, or a related field

Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills

Commercial awareness—ideally from travel, tourism or lettings sectors

Confident using browser-based tools and advanced Excel skills

Comfortable working at pace in a performance-driven environment

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

Understanding of demand elasticity and revenue management principles

Experience negotiating contracts or commercial terms

Background in travel, holiday lettings, estate agency, or property sectors
