Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for making a real difference? We are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the leadership team at Charnwood Bakery, the iconic home of Samworth Brothers' famous Pork Pies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key strategic business partner at a large, high-profile manufacturing site employing around 1,000 people. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations Finance and working closely with the Site Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering financial performance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term growth in the Savoury Pastry category - a strategically important part of our business.

Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for making a real difference? We are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the leadership team at Charnwood Bakery, the iconic home of Samworth Brothers' famous Pork Pies.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations Finance and working closely with the Site Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering financial performance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term growth in the Savoury Pastry category - a strategically important part of our business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning for the site
- Drive a culture of performance improvement through financial insight and challenge
- Oversee overhead and labour cost control, capital expenditure, cash flow and working capital
- Provide expert support on costing, standards review, and integration projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team and influence stakeholders across the Group

- A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong manufacturing and/or FMCG experience
- Proven business partner who can challenge and support continuous improvement
- Commercially astute, analytically strong, and a confident communicator
- Experienced in leading finance teams and delivering impactful change initiatives
