What we are looking for
SIA Door supervisor/guarding/ License is a must,
close protection and CCTV is an advantage.
Security experience of min 03 Years is must.
PMVA is a must.
Existing experience of patient set up environment is a must.
Permanent after qualifying for probationary period of – 03 to 06 months.
Working with Patient in Wards – protecting staff from violence, hospital property from criminal damage – preventing patients from self-harm.
This role may require working with 1 to 1 with patients.
sickness or holiday cover for static positions
Site patrols
Manning the doors
Manning the car park
Manning any area of the site as required.
Key holding and key management.
Manning the entrances to prevent from unauthorised car parks.
Manning to any area in and out of the hospital for smooth transition of traffic or members of the public
Manning the doors for any emergency
Manning the site from any trespassing
Manning the site from any protests
Manning the doors or site areas for any VIP movement.
Including – any site area that needed man guarding.
Working in control room – if required and has additional required license.
Able to write reports.
Good English level for verbal and written communication
Proficient level of European languages will be an addition.
IT Literate with good MS Officer skills –
Prepared to take trainings at work.
Prepared to follow online trainings programs to be able to cop up with responsibilities new or existing -
Able to conduct 1.5 hours long site patrol X3 times in a shift including a tower of 20 floors with stairs– if required
Prepared to take inoculation and keeping the vaccination level up to date to maintain good health and wellbeing – Mitie can support being in que to receive the free blood test and vaccines including Heps, Flu, chicken pox, Covid, measles etc.
Prepared to work with patients of all genders and ages with any type of medical issues, including infections diseases, Mental health, trauma, patients with violent & aggression.
Right to work full time.
Hospital working experience will be an advantage.
Working in a set up with similar environment and experience will be an advantage.
Maybo training will be an advantage.
