As an Operations Assistant within EKC Training you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive service including supporting with face to face enrolment sessions and exams, answering telephone calls, emails and queries into the team from learners, employers and staff using relevant software to maintain accurate records.

Relevant Experience
- Recent Experience in administration or funding-related roles/
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
