As the Assistant Scheme Manager for our 212-bed premium accommodation, you'll help create an exceptional living experience for students while contributing to the operational success of our property.
Core Responsibilities
Property Administration
- Oversee security and housekeeping operations
- Maintain comprehensive records, including staff attendance, leave management, and expense tracking
- Process financial documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and budget management
- Provide outstanding front-of-house service through both in-person and digital channels
- Assist student residents with their university transition and day-to-day needs
- Develop and run community engagement initiatives and social programming
- Manage digital communication platforms and the social media presence
- Showcase property through professional viewings and convert prospects into residents
- Represent the accommodation at university fairs and recruitment events
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy rates
- Monitor and document maintenance needs across the property
- Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance contractors and residents
- Ensure all property maintenance activities are properly documented
- Support periodic property inspections and seasonal maintenance projects
- Assist with resident arrivals and departures during peak transition periods
- Contribute to team development, including recruitment and on boarding activities
