We’re searching for a UK-based Risk Support Team Lead to join our UK&I Support Leadership Team, so that we can deliver exceptional customer service and drive continuous improvement across our Risk product support function. The Risk Support Team Lead will manage a high-performing support team and serve as a key point of escalation to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead a team of Support Agents to deliver outstanding customer service and meet SLAs
  • Mentor team members in order to foster professional development and high performance
  • Oversee daily support operations to ensure appropriate coverage and issue resolution
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops in order to improve internal alignment and service delivery
  • Escalate technical issues and collaborate with Product and Professional Services teams to drive resolution and product improvements


What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Management experience in a client-facing support environment, preferably in software or healthcare technology
  • Proven success in leading teams to deliver measurable improvements in service quality
  • In-depth knowledge on how to troubleshoot complex software issues and communicate technical information clearly
  • Ability to commute to our UK office 2–3 days a week (hybrid model)
  • Sincere interest in transforming healthcare and improving patient safety
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment
