Are you a driven and people-focused recruitment professional with a passion for matching the right talent with the right roles? We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support the hiring needs within our retail security division, ensuring that only the best candidates represent our brand and safeguard our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail security roles across multiple sites
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring they meet required SIA licensing and compliance standards
- Coordinate and manage job adverts, social media campaigns, and recruitment events
- Maintain up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future staffing needs
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the security or retail sector
- Strong understanding of SIA licensing requirements and vetting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confident using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., security, retail loss prevention, facilities management)
- Knowledge of BS7858 vetting standards
