We have a vacancy in the food services team for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who will prep sandwiches, baguettes etc and help out with other tasks in the department out of term time. working hours for the role will be 30 hours per week starting at 07.00 am to 13.30pm Monday to Friday

Essential Criteria
  • Experience and an enthusiasm for preparing high quality food and working with using fresh ingredients in particular a full range of deli sandwich preparation.
  • Flexible approach to changes and new ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately follow recipes and customer specifications.
  • Speed and Efficiency: Work quickly, especially during peak hours, without compromising quality.
  • Communication: Work well with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
Desirable Criteria
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Certificate.
  • Experience of successfully planning and preparing food to ensure service deadlines are met.
  • Prior experience in food preparation or customer service.
