We are looking for a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to step into the role of
Lead Pharmacist . This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior clinical role where youll lead the development and delivery of pharmacy services within a specialist area. Based in
Guildford , you will work as part of a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team, helping to shape the future of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Drive service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide expert clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals.
Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Engage in late-night, weekend, and public holiday work as required
Essential Criteria: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent (or near completion).
