Job description:
- Security Assessments Supports;
- Provide support, coordination, and follow-up for headquarters-led security assessments of overseas branches and subsidiaries.
- Assist with planning and managing improvements for identified issues.
- Offer guidance and address security-related inquiries.
- Common Security Infrastructure & Operations Outsourcing;
- Evaluate and validate the headquarters-provided security infrastructure.- Streamline operational processes and propose improvements.
- Support for implementing required physical, technical, and administrative controls.
- Design and propose security outsourcing services (e.g., ID management, network diagram maintenance, vulnerability management, EoL management) for overseas branches and subsidiaries.
- Legal Compliance & Regulatory Requirements;
- Ensure adherence to relevant European regulations (e.g., NIS2, EU AI Act)
- Communication & Relationship Management;

- Extensive knowledge and experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of security.
- Understanding of security fundamentals.
- Project management ability and excellent communication skills.
- Communication skills in English (business level)
- Ability to work as a team
- Detail Oriented approach to work, ensuring that all information is correct and seeking further clarification when information provided is not satisfactory.
- A flexible approach to work.
- Communication skills in Japanese
- Office 365/M365

- Apple iOS and Android
- Experience in leading governance to subsidiaries and overseas branches from the perspective of security
- Experience of collaborating with and supporting colleagues and peers across a diverse organisation.
- Able to demonstrate experience of managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
