This role is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to develop their career in higher education, working within the small and dynamic Teaching Excellence team within Teaching and Learning Delivery (Student and Academic Services).
The post holder will provide clerical and administrative support for key activities in Teaching and Learning, including support for programmes and events organised for the University’s Institute of Teaching and Learning. You will be a first point of contact with our stakeholders, providing information and guidance on routine matters, and escalating queries to others as appropriate.
As well as delivering excellent customer service, the post holder will build working relationships with the opportunity to play an active role in relevant groups and actively participate in communities of practice for particular areas of activity in order to share ideas.
