- Collaborate in the technical solutions with hardware, firmware and systems engineering teams

- Lead and/or influence the development approach considering design principles, modularity and reuse, best practice, toolchain and much more
- Leading and motivating others
- C++ or Ada
- Hands on Integration
- Object Orientation
- Linux / VXWorks (Desirable)
- Requirements Engineering
- High integrity e.g. RTCA-DO178C
