McDonalds is seeking a qualified finance professional to play a pivotal role in commercial decision-making across our UK & Ireland business. Youll partner with franchisees, evaluate strategic opportunities, and support high-level financial planning that influences business success.

This role involves working closely with both Finance and non-Finance management to make recommendations that focus on doing the right thing and not the easy thing and ensure the long-term financial success for both McDonalds and our franchisees

What Youll Be Doing:

• Strategic Partner Work closely with Franchisee Directors, supporting financial decision-making.
• Franchising & Commercial Expert Lead financial modelling for franchise transactions and investments.
• Business Influencer Collaborate with Finance, Operations & Legal teams on strategy and execution.
• Risk & Growth Advisor Assess market conditions to support sustainable business expansion.
• Operations Finance Leader Provide financial training and insights to stakeholders across the business.
