We're looking for someone with:

  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • or equivalent experience

Using your skills, you will be:

  • Own and nurture client relationships, both technically and strategically, through regular engagement, strategic reviews, and collaboration across regions.
  • Understand and align with each client’s global strategy, goals, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IDD), to provide suitable, country-specific recommendations.
  • Maintain and deepen technical knowledge of products (e.g., multinational pooling), country-specific policies, and client needs through continuous learning.
  • Deliver prompt, professional service (within 24 hours), ensuring accuracy and quality in all communications and reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, global colleagues) on invoicing, client onboarding, and seamless delivery of services.
  • Supervise account managers, uphold professional standards, and ensure cohesive teamwork to support client administration and service excellence.
