Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with customs duty compliance and processes
Assisting with quarterly and yearly statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
Assisting with internal controls and year-end audit process
Cross functional collaboration
Liaising with internal stakeholder
Producing daily reports for onward submission
Supporting the team in gathering and analysing data
Assist wider finance team as required
Adhoc requests as required
Who You’ll Be Working With
You will be working within the Finance team and internal stakeholders across the business
Skills/Experience: This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role
Part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or AAT qualified
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to
IT proficient, strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting software
