We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our of Cannock Customer Centre.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our of Cannock Customer Centre.
- This role works on a shift basis – four on, four off. 7am to 7pm

- Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues
- Maintains and support customer and supplier relationships
- Locate and coordinate supplies from internal and external sources to fulfil orders in a cost effective manner
- Support the sales function with regards to customer orders, post-order follow-up activities and in expediting the process
- Where necessary, translates customer requirements across multiple systems, ensuring the operational teams are well versed in customer requirements
- Assume responsibility for the communication and customer agreement of variations to the original order, including changing technical requirements, hire extensions and additional services
- To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, through timely, effective and efficient depots administrative process
- Contracts management into Aggreko system
- Experience working in a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of the rentals industry sector would be beneficial but is not essential
- Experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, is a huge benefit to this role but training can be provided.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability develop and manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams
