As HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted mentor to the management teams of your designated function or department. You'll work closely with leaders to build and sustain high performing, engaged teams, with a particular focus on manager coaching, and team development; identifying gaps and position impactful people strategies that enable the business to mitigate risk and perform effectively
