About The Role
A fixed term contract opportunity for a Senior Retention Marketing Manager - Partner Growth will be responsible for supporting our partners with improving their retention strategies, driving adoption of best practice, and ensuring partners are fully utilising all OSP features that support retention.
You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects, and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance.
You will inspire partners and build strong relationships, share learnings, and leverage data to enable our partners to succeed.
This is an entrepreneurial role, and requires someone who is comfortable identifying new opportunities, and setting up new programs and services that deliver value to our partners.

About The Role

- Responsible for building and delivering a strategy to help partners improve retention and grow their active customer base
- Analyse and audit partner’s retention strategy and performance, identify areas of improvement and deliver actionable recommendations partners can implement within their organizations
- Build playbooks that can serve as useful resources to partners at various stages of their growth journey
- Become a thought partner to our OSP partners, help inspire them with trends, best practice within the retention marketing space
- Serve as a subject matter expert, both internally and externally on retention, supporting our partners with best practice but also working closely with our technology teams to identify gaps and opportunities in our product
- You will become a master of all the relevant OSP features that can support retention, and you will ensure partners are fully utilizing these features to drive their goals.
- Experience in a CRM role, experience within the grocery industry and international markets is a big plus
- Experience developing and implementing strategies and tactics focussed on retention, engagement, and monetisation across a broad array of channels including email, push, in-app, SMS, and print
- Proven track record of scaling a customer base in a direct to consumer business, and implementing a test and learn approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial impact within a business
- Data- driven, Comfortable utilising data to gain a clear understanding of the customer journey, identify and implement improvements, and measure performance
- Knowledge and experience of various CRM tools is advantageous - particularly Salesforce
