What You Will Enjoy Doing
- As Product Manager Electronics, Dry Ice, Rare Gases, and Spectra you take full ownership of the product portfolio, ensuring P&L Operating Profit targets are met through strategic financial planning and robust execution
- You are responsible for pricing strategy, developing dynamic pricing models and channel-specific marketing plans that maximize revenue, enhance profitability, and position the products competitively
- Demonstrating commercial excellence, you will apply commercial best practice to sales processes, including contract management and tenders, ensure the portfolio consistently achieves sustainable growth and operational efficiency
- You will identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to adapt product offerings and uncover new opportunities for business expansion and supply chain optimization
- You will collaborate across functions to align forecasts, proactively manage supply interruptions, and develop contingency plans that guarantee seamless product availability and superior customer service
- You are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risks by managing the product stewardship process, conducting audits, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring quality across suppliers and customer sites
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent is essential for this role
- You will bring extensive experience in industrial gases, with technical expertise in Electronics products and packaging, to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth
- This role requires strong decision-making capability, innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- A strong communicator, you will build strong internal and external working relationships at all levels, networking and influencing to drive alignment and success
- This role calls for advanced business analysis and financial acumen to make data-driven decisions that maximize revenue, efficiency, and performance
- You are resilient and self-motivated, with the tenacity and adaptability to thrive in uncertain environments, driving results with resilience and determination
- You will demonstrate strong project and time management capabilities to deliver results on time and within scope in dynamic environments
- You will bring a deep knowledge of safety regulations and Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, with experience in audits and complaint resolution
- You have experience of working in an inclusive workplace and act as a role model for the behaviours aligned to this
