A Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst focuses on providing advanced technical support for cloud-based systems and services
As a Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst , you'll be responsible for:
- Respond to 2nd line support issues within customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to cloud services, including issues with virtual machines, storage, and networking
- Monitor cloud systems and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd Line Support or Cloud Service Providers
- Document all support activities and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deploy cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with C#, MVC including RESTful API development and consumption with JSON
- Experience within SOA/API architecture
- Systems integration development
- Web Services development and consumption
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both cloud and on-premises systems
