As Head of Growth, you’ll be the strategic driver behind revenue expansion – leading new business, building partnerships, and setting the agency up for the next stage of scale.


You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where deals don’t just sit in pipelines – they close.


You’ll combine a strong commercial instinct with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, especially paid media and marketplaces, to hunt and win high-value clients.


This role isn’t about spreadsheets and sales decks (although you’ll own those too). It’s about relationships, results, and rolling your sleeves up to make growth happen.


What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the growth strategy – Owning and delivering the agency’s business development roadmap

Winning new clients – Generating and converting high-value leads, especially in ecommerce and performance-driven sectors

Representing the agency – Attending tradeshows and events (think New York, Dubai, Barcelona), building profile and pipeline

Closing deals – Taking prospects from first contact through to contract, with a sharp commercial edge

Collaborating across teams – Partnering with analysts and content marketing to build out the agency’s inbound engine

Coaching and managing – Leading one direct report, while shaping and strengthening the wider commercial function

Building process – Laying the foundations for a scalable sales and marketing machine

Influencing at board level – Contributing to long-term planning and business strategy


What You’ll Bring to the Table

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles, ideally within digital, performance, or paid media agencies

• Proven track record of hunting, pitching, and closing

• Familiarity with the ecommerce and marketplace space is a big plus

• Paid media and marketplace fluency a plus – so you understand the product and can sell it with authority

• Strategic thinker who also executes with urgency

• CRM and sales tools savvy – pipeline management is second nature

• Confident networker and public speaker – you own a room when needed
