As a member of the Production Services department, the Booking Coordinator will perform administrative activities to support broadcast operations, such as crew travel and logistics bookings and accreditation, as well as communicating these details to all relevant parties.

ABOUT THE ROLE
A BRIEF SUMMARY
As a member of the Production Services department, the Booking Coordinator will perform administrative activities to support broadcast operations, such as crew travel and logistics bookings and accreditation, as well as communicating these details to all relevant parties.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Assisting in scheduling of staff operators and in the booking, hiring of freelancers and handling the associated paperwork as required by the needs of production
- To ensure all jobs and personal information are accurately maintained within our bespoke crewing system
- Ensuring planning sheets are sent to all freelancers in a timely manner, itinerary letters where applicable
- To assist with managing accreditation lists and post-job paperwork if required
- Assisting with general Production Service administration when required
