About The Role
This role involves providing the most effective contract management process that will act as a safeguard against various types of legal actions by successfully and timely fulfilling all the contractual requirements.
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Legal contract management
- control all formats of contractual documentation within Toyota Material Handling UK
- Checking and administer rental, service and all commercial agreements
- Review, record negotiation and sign-off of Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Liaise directly with Customer’s legal teams on contract negotiations, as necessary.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role.
