Our Cabin Services teams look after our Base in Southend. Working in the fast paced, operational environment. You will carry out the administrative activities. You will provide vital administrative support to the Base Management teams, you will be reviewing and managing situations to prevent them from impacting on operations.
Some of what you will be doing includes, ensuring the safe storage of documentation. Working in collaboration with the wider team, note taking meetings, helping organise cultural base events and you will be responsible for various aspects of administrative duties relating to the overall success of the base.
What you need to do this role
We are looking for a qualified candidate with a full understanding of administrative roles. You will have a proven track record in administrative positions. You will need to demonstrate a high level of IT literacy, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and excellent numerical and verbal/written communication skills. Organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role.
Proficiency in English is a must, enabling effective communication through writing, reviewing, and managing documents to emails, meeting notes, and reports. There will be some travel with this role which means you will get to explore the easyJet network at part of your role.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a part-time role based at Southend Airport and will be 20 hours per week, averaging on 2.5 days week. The ability to frequently travel across the network and to support other bases is required for this role.
