Batchelors of Ripon are looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager.

The successful applicant will need to have a strong background within service management and be experienced in dealing within a multi franchised site. You will need the drive and ability to motivate and manage the service team whilst being a proactive "hands on" manager.


About the Role

As well as managing and coaching staff, providing technical advice, setting goals and objectives and making sure you are complaint with policies and procedures, you will ensure the daily smooth running of the department. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, have experience of achieving high levels of customer and employee satisfaction and have a proven track record of achieving financial targets.


Day to Day Duties

  • Managing a service team whilst making sure productivity and efficiency targets achieved.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company and Manufacturer standards.
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times, resolving any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Compliance with company, DVSA, manufacturer and health and safety policies.
  • Review, analyse and maintain KPI's and targets.
  • Recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Work alongside a friendly and experienced senior management team
